REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from Alignment Snob. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products (including templates, planners, systems, and digital tools), all digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact us at dawn@alignmentsnob.com and we will assist you.


2. Physical Planners & Journals

For physical products such as printed planners or journals, we offer conditional refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives defective

  • You received the wrong product

To request a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Return the unused product if requested

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

  • Failure to read product descriptions


4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide documentation of this policy and proof of product access.
