Digital Products
The Pretty Content System and other digital products are delivered electronically.
After purchase, you will receive access via email and/or through our checkout provider. No physical item will be shipped.
If you do not receive your access within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still need assistance, contact dawn@alignmentsnob.com.
Physical Products (Planners & Journals)
For physical products, orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Lost or Damaged Packages
